In the US Congress, a proposal has been proposed to lift the country's quota to reduce the 'discrimination' in favour of permanent resident applicants in the United States. Getting this permission is said to get a green card. This is just the step before getting the US citizenship right. If this proposal is converted into law, it will be easier to get Green Card in the United States for high-skilled immigrants, such as India and China. Because, because of the quota, their immigrants will not be denied access to the permanent residence. However, due to the quota benefit of the low population countries, the green card will be a bit thinner in the 'smooth' way of so many days. There will be huge competition to face them.
In the United States, H-1B visas for the H-1B workers are given green card annually for one hundred 40 people. Once the green card is received, an immigrant can live and work in the United States throughout life. However, in the current law, more than 7 per cent of the country's highest number of immigrants are not allowed to get a green card. As such, one country has the highest 9,800 green card benefits. The new law will not increase the total number of green card permits. Permission for permanent residence will be given on the basis of the earlier arrival of all the country's immigrants.
The proposal has been supported by the Congress Democrats and Republican parties. Even in both the Senate and the House of Representatives, both the same bills have been proposed. Republican Senator Mike Lee and Democrat Senator and potential presidential candidate Kamala Harris proposed this bill on Wednesday, the Senate (upper house) 'Fairness for High Educational Immigrants Act' on local time. The bill has also proposed to increase the quota of Green Card Power from 7 to 15 per cent under the patronage of the family.
A similar bill has been introduced in the HR 1044 (the lower house). Democrat Congressman Joe Laughren and President of the Immigration and Citizens' House, the judicial subcommittee, and the Republican Congressman, why Bose proposed this proposal. In addition to Microsoft, Google, IBM and tech companies including the Immigration Voices, Compt America Coalition, Immigration Technology Industry Council, US Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturing, Heritage Foundation and many organizations are working in Congress to legislate this bill.
